A Little About Moi

I’m a seasoned creative, designer, product developer and small business owner based in Venice, CA with over 15 years experience in retail, apparel and brand innovation. I hold a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an A.A. from FIDM which has, along with decades of professional experience, provided me with a solid foundation for industry discourse and mechanics.

I began my professional career in apparel design, working on a wide range of categories from technical outerwear to active to denim to swim. Having designed for domestic and overseas manufacturing in both contemporary and mass markets, I’ve developed a thorough yet scrappy acumen for wearing many hats and getting shit made.

In 2020 I stepped away from corporate and launched Bonks, a femme-forward brand focused on travel-friendly personal care products. With Swiss Army Knife capabilities, I control the branding, marketing, collateral, sales and manufacturing. I’ve taken Bonks from DTC to national tradeshows to Amazon and onto shelves at mass market retailers/ecomm. Through this endeavor, I’ve become a master in the entire development and creative process, from concept to completion; strategy to raising capital. In addition to Bonks, I currently serve as a fractional CCO and freelance branding designer for growing businesses in the CPG sector.

Outside of work, you can find me snuggling my kids 👧👦, planning our next trip to the mountains 🎿, walking my dog Ziggy 🐕, running out of coffee filters ☕️, never drinking enough water 💧, strength training because that’s what the perimenopause algorithm is telling me to do 🏋️, and silencing the school WhatsApp notifications 📱.
